Hello from the US

Post06 Sep 2016 15:15

Hi I live in South Carolina USA and recently bought a very rare over here 1959 a40 LHD. Very solid body. I will be setting it up for vintage road racing and look forward to learning about this car. I am currently pulling the engine for a freshening and will be getting it road legal, so I can take it to shows as I source a 1275 donor car for a future engine and disc brake swap.

My word, she looks like she's lasted well for the years behind her. John's very knowledgeable about classic saloon cars and their requirements and we have several other site members who have a lot of experience in these cars as well. I'm sure they'll be able to help you - meanwhile thanks for giving this old bird a good home, and welcome to the forums.
